Industrial Epoxy Flooring Experts
At Paradigm Concrete, we install commercial and industrial floors for large facilities. We have flooring systems that will work in some of the largest stadiums, warehouses and many other commercial facilities. Some of the systems we use are urethane cement systems, polyaspartic & satin topcoats, cove bases, modified polymers, cementitious overlays (self-leveling), moisture mitigation techniques and quartz additives.

Why Choose Paradigm Concrete Finishes?
When selecting a polymer floor system there are several questions that need to be answered. A few of the questions a plant engineer should understand include :
- Can this polymer floor system handleCIP Chemicals?
- Can this system handle heavy impact?
- Does this new floor system need to slope to promote drainage?
- How will I clean this floor system?
- Will this floor system meet SQF, GMP, SSOP, and other related critical food safety standards?
- Will this polymer resinous floor system perform with heat?
- Does the floor need to be non-slip, should there be a non slip additive?
- What is the life expectancy of this floor system?
- Can the floor system be installed in a time critical window?
- We provide industrial flooring solutions to the entire state of florida from Tallahassee to Naples.

Resinous Industrial Floor COatings
Resinous flooring involves the application of cementitious, resinous or epoxy material to concrete. This application creates a smooth, chemical resistant and non-porous floor. Resinous flooring is applied over concrete which allows it to cure and bond to the concrete. These flooring systems are easily manipulated into decorative styles while also remaining resistant to chemicals or heavy equipment and foot traffic.
Most Common Resinous Flooring Systems
The 3 most common types of resinous flooring are epoxy, polyurethane, and acrylic. All three are two-part systems that consist of a resin and a hardening material that helps the resin to bond to the concrete. Part A and B are mixed prior to application. This allows a chemical reaction to take place, causing the resin to start hardening immediately. You can also navigate to our epoxy floors page to see specific epoxy systems as well as our color and style sheet.
INDUSTRIAL FLOORING SYSTEMS
THIN MIL
Thin Mil Floor Coating Systems are the perfect high performance floor product. This resinous application offers excellent abrasion resistance, adhesion, and durability which makes it one of the most common industrial flooring systems. These floors are attractive, chemical resistance and easy to maintain.
HIGH BUILD
This system is typically applied in high traffic areas, these systems can be found in warehouses, distribution facilities, aircraft hangars, food and shipping facilities and sometimes in commercial kitchens. This is a medium grade system which stands up to high traffic.
These high build floor systems work perfectly in areas that are too rough for thin mil floor systems but don’t necessarily need a full grade, heavy duty mortar mortar floor system. The floor system is applied at a heavy mil thickness which creates an extremely durable bond. For added durability, topcoats can be applied on top of the high build industrial system.
MORTAR
Epoxy Mortar Systems are extremely sanitary, skid resistant and provide substantial strength to whatever surface they are applied to. These systems can work for damaged or deteriorated floors as well as floors that have special requirements such as food and beverage manufacturing.
Benefits Of Commercial Epoxy Floor Applications
CHEMICAL RESISTANT
Protective coatings installed the right way can help prevent solvents, acids, alkalis, and other compounds from absorbing into the concrete and seeping through the surface.
Antimicrobial
Resinous flooring systems provide a smooth seamless surface that blocks dirt, grime, and bacteria build up. These floors are perfect for facilities where hygiene is a top priority.
SLIP RESISTANT
These floors have saved many companies from lawsuits. Anti-slip and slip resistant textures can be installed with a top coat in the system.
HIGHLY CUSTOMIZABLE
Coatings come in an array of colors and can be patterned to fit your requirements and branding.
ABILITY TO FIT IN TIGHT SPACES
Resinous flooring systems can be poured in areas where equipment or manufacturing lines cannot be moved.
Durable And HARD WEARING
These are tough floors that can withstand large amounts of heavy traffic and machine traffic.
